The hotel staff is amicable and best. The setting is perfect and convenient, adjacent to the centre of caye Caulker, caye Caulker near lots of restaurants and a convenience store across the street. Also, if your plans include visiting St Paul's Church, it is 10 minutes walk away.

a refrigerator, an air conditioning, and an individual safe were available in our double room. it was in a very central setting immediately on the beach.

Upon arrival, I was greeted by the cheerful staff, who made check-in easy. The room was comfortable and had reliable Wi-Fi, and I loved being just a short walk from the beach and restaurants.

The air conditioning was only operational from 6 PM to 10 AM was great. The limited charging outlets were inconvenient after a day of exploring.

We experienced some street noise , particularly from loud music and conversations that went on late into the night.

I really enjoyed the comfy beds and how they pre-cooled the room before I arrived, making it a great place to chill out. There was a nice lounge area with board games and a fun spot for movies, which was perfect for winding down in the evenings. The only thing is, the shower had occasional low water pressure, but it didn’t take away from my overall experience. 🌴

We had a spacious double room with a private balcony. The calm vibe and proximity to Frenchie's Diving Services made it easy for our family of adults to enjoy the beautiful scenery together.

My kids wished there was better water pressure in the shower.

The special treatment I was promised never materialized. Not only did I struggle with the form that wasn't even a PDF, but they also required my credit card info multiple times-how quaint. I expected a complimentary drink for my troubles but got zero. I just couldn't give a good review, that's for sure.
